By default, AlphaLearn sends emails from a system address. You can replace this with your own email address so that learners receive communications from a familiar sender name and domain.
Step 1: Enter Your Email
- Go to Customize → Email Address.
- Enter your Sender Name and Email Address, then click Update.
Step 2: Verify Your Email
- A verification email will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in that email.
- Return to AlphaLearn and click I have Verified my Email Address.
Step 3: Add DKIM Records
- Once your email is verified, DKIM records will be generated and displayed on the page.
- Log in to your domain registrar and add the provided CNAME records to your DNS settings.
- Click Retry after some time to check verification status. DNS changes can take up to 72 hours to propagate.
Why DKIM matters: Configuring DKIM improves email deliverability and reduces the chance of your LMS emails being marked as spam. Once verified, your custom email becomes active automatically. You can revert to the default sender address at any time.
