Microsites are public-facing pages that showcase specific courses or learning paths. Learners can view course details and register and enroll directly – no LMS account required beforehand. Each microsite supports custom branding, carousel images, a client logo, and footer links.
Note: The Microsite feature is not available during a free trial.
Create a Microsite
- Go to Front End → Microsite.
- Click + Microsite and fill in the details – Title, Description, Client, Client Logo, About Client, Carousel, Disclaimer, Learning Path, Enrollment Limit, and Status.
- Click Submit.
Add Footer Links
Footer links can be used to display your Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or other information.
- Click Add Footer on the microsite.
- Click + Microsite Footer, enter the Title, Description, and Status, then click Submit.
View and Share a Microsite
- Go to Front End → Microsite.
- Click the Copy icon in the Action column to copy the microsite URL.
- Paste the URL in a private browser window to preview it.
- Share the link with learners to give them access to the course.
