The Audit Trail Report provides a log of activity across your LMS – including user actions, admin changes, and system events – for the last 3 months.
View the Report
Go to Reports → Audit Trail.
Enable Audit Trail
If Audit Trail does not appear under Reports, it needs to be enabled for your organisation. See Manage Features for instructions, or follow the steps below:
- Go to Settings → Manage Features.
- Under Manage Admin Features, toggle the switch next to Audit Trail to enable it.
