This guide explains how Trainers can evaluate Subjective Questions submitted in a Mastery Quiz.
Overview
Subjective Questions require manual evaluation and are supported only in Mastery quizzes.
💡 Info: If the setting Notify Trainer When Evaluation is Pending is enabled in the Quiz settings, Trainers will receive an email notification when a Quiz is submitted for evaluation.
Access Quiz Evaluation
- Go to Evaluation → Quiz Evaluation.
- Select the relevant Course to view its quizzes.
- Each Quiz displays the number of Evaluated and Pending submissions.
Evaluate a Submission
- Click the Pending count of a Quiz.
- Click Evaluate against a Trainee’s attempt.
- Open the Subjective Answers tab to review responses and attachments.
- Assign marks, provide feedback, and click Submit for each answer.
- After evaluating all answers, click Submit Evaluation to finalize the result.
✔ The Trainee receives a notification once the evaluation is completed.

Quiz Attempts
- If multiple attempts are allowed, Trainees can re-attempt the Quiz after failing.
- Each attempt requiring evaluation appears separately in the Quiz Evaluation section.
Important Notes
- Subjective Questions are available only in Mastery quizzes.
- Quiz results are finalized only after the Trainer submits the evaluation.
- Trainees can view their MCQ results immediately after submission. Results for Subjective Questions remain pending until evaluation is completed.
