Their biggest challenge was to address the skill gap issues faced by the Indian Power Sector in terms of adaptation to Online Learning with a deep focus on Safety, Health & Environment. Our Client wanted to provide greater access to its courses to the members of disadvantaged sections of our society and those in the below-poverty-line (BPL) category by facilitating access on mobile phones. Another challenge our client encountered was with regards to compatibility and completion tracking of the SCORM content they had developed.
In Dec 2018 our team provided the client with AlphaLearn’s SCORM compliant LMS platform. This helped the client impart online training to underprivileged students of the society with ease. These skill development courses predominantly covered the basics of the energy and power sector.
