Skill Reports show your skill framework and your trainees’ progress across four tabs: Role Skill Matrix, Skills Acquired, Skill Gap Heatmap and Evaluations.
Go to Reports → Skills (also available at Settings → Skills → Reports) and select the relevant tab.
Filters
Click Filters in the header. Choose Department, Designation, Skill set and Skill (all searchable), plus the tab’s own options, then Apply. Active filters show as chips; click x to remove one, or Clear all. Filters stay when you switch tabs. Export CSV downloads the current view.
Role Skill Matrix
The skill level each role needs. Rows are roles, columns are skills grouped by skill set. Click a skill set heading to collapse it; Collapse all sets shortens the view.
Skills Acquired
Where skill levels have gone up and what caused it (course, assignment or manual), for the last 3, 6 or 12 months (Period). Search by name, email or unique ID. Tiles show levels gained, trainees who gained a level, gaps closed and the verified share. A “Gap closed” tag means the new level reached what the role needs.
Skill Gap Heatmap
How far trainees are below the level their role needs, by skill.
- Show: Average gap, or Trainees below level.
- Rows: by Department or by Role.
- Skills: With a level (default), With a gap, or All required.
Darker colours mean larger gaps. Click a cell to see the trainees behind it: current and required level, the gap and the source. Search, page through and export that list.
Evaluations
This tab lists every skill level a trainee has reached, from courses or manual records. Use it to update a result, for example after an assessment held outside the LMS.
- Filter by Department, Designation, Skill, Activity (course, assignment, manual) and date range (From / To, dd/mm/yyyy), or search by name, email or unique ID.
- Each row shows the trainee, the skill, the activity, the current rating and the rating the role requires (“Not mapped” when the role doesn’t require it).
- Click the pencil to change the rating – any level from 0 (No Experience) to 4 (Expert) can be recorded here. Click the bin to delete a wrong result; this cannot be undone.
