AlphaLearn uses AI to suggest relevant skills, skill sets, and proficiency ratings based on a learner’s department and designation – saving time when setting up skill frameworks for your organisation.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Skill → AI Recommended Skill tab.
- Click the AI Recommended Skill button.
- Select the relevant Department and Designation, then click Submit to generate recommendations.
- Review the suggested skills, skill sets, and ratings. Select the rows you want to keep, modify any values as needed, and click Save Skills.
Once saved, the selected skills and skill sets are added to your skill library and a skill mapping is created for the chosen Department and Designation.
Returning to this section: The next time you open the AI Recommended Skill tab for a Department and Designation, you will see the previously generated recommendations rather than starting from scratch.
