The Skills reports section gives you three views to track skill progress across your organisation – what skills are mapped to each role, what skills learners have acquired, and where the gaps are.
Go to Reports → Skills and select the relevant tab. For each report, select a Department and optionally filter by Designation and Skills, then click Submit.
Skill Mapping
Shows the skills and required proficiency ratings mapped to each Department and Designation. Use this to verify your skill framework is set up correctly before running gap analysis.
Skills Acquired
Shows the skills each learner has acquired alongside the skills required for their role. Use this to track training progress and identify who is meeting their skill targets.
Skill Gap Analysis
Compares acquired skills against required skills to highlight gaps. Use the legend at the bottom of the report to interpret the visualisation and prioritise training interventions.
