How AlphaLearn began
AlphaLearn was founded in 2017 by Horizzon Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai with a straightforward premise: Indian enterprises deserved an LMS built specifically for their reality - multiple languages, complex compliance requirements, and operations spanning hundreds of locations.
The platforms available at the time were built for Western markets and required expensive customisations to handle Indian-language content, local regulatory frameworks like POSH, GMP, and RBI mandates, or the bandwidth constraints of factory-floor and field staff. We built AlphaLearn from the ground up to solve those problems natively.
From zero clients in 2017 to 200+ enterprises today across BFSI, Healthcare, Pharma, Manufacturing, and Retail - AlphaLearn is now recognised as one of India's most trusted LMS platforms.
