Webcam proctoring automatically captures images of the Trainee at set intervals during an exam. If a face is not detected, a warning is displayed and the exam can be auto-submitted after a set number of warnings.
Enable Webcam Proctoring
Webcam proctoring is configured when creating an exam. In the exam settings, set Webcam Proctored Exam to Yes and configure the following:
- Webcam Image Capture Interval — How often (in minutes) the system captures a webcam image.
- Alert if Face Not Detected After — Number of seconds before a warning is shown to the Trainee if no face is detected.
- Auto Submit After — Maximum number of warnings allowed before the exam is automatically submitted.
