Adding a Course to Course Library

Adding a Course to the Course Library helps Trainees discover the Courses offered in your organisation. Based on your selection while creating the Course, Trainees can either Self Enroll or Request for Enrollment. To Create a New Course and add it to the Course Library:
  1. Click "Courses" on the top Menu bar and select “Add Course".
  2. Enter the required Course details like Course Title, Code, Duration, etc.
  3. Select Yes for the option "Add To Course Library".
  4. Select the appropriate option for "Approved By" and fill up the remaining required fields and then click “Submit”.
  5. Now, the Trainees will be able to see the newly created course in the Course Library from where they can Self Enroll or Request for Enrollment.
 
Note: When a course is added to a course library and if it belongs to a particular department, trainee will be able to view that course if he belongs to that department.
